3. Additional information:

   Dependent mode of use

   • Extra bed (no breakfast)- 30€
   • Extra breakfast: 12 € (children between 0-12 have 50% discount).
   • T1 single discount of 10 € of table price
   • Reservations on availability request for reservas@baiadabarca.com, and between 1 July and 31 August there will be two nights minimum per unit.

   Independent use mode

   • Extra bed - € 30 / children from 0-12 has a discount of 50%
   • @ T1 single discount of 10 € of the table price.
   • Reservations upon availability request for reservas@baiadabarca.com
   • Accommodation service in which only wireless internet access is included in the unit by providing a password, the change of bathroom towels every 3 days and the sheets every 5 days. Any and all other service is outside this modality.
   • The minimum stay is 2 nights.

   Closing - Baía da Barca will be closed in the months of November, December, January and February.

2. Cancellation Policy

   Dependent mode of use

   Reservations have a 30-day release; if you cancel the reservation after the release date 75% of the total reservation will be charged. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of the date of entry will have debit of 100% of the total of the reservation. From July 15th to August 25th, if you cancel the reservation, the totality of the reservation will be charged. The changes will not be accepted if requested for different seasons and number of nights less than reserved.

   Independent use mode

   The reservation will be charged in full in case of cancellation.

   Check-In and Check-Out

   Dependent mode of use

   Check-In: Between 2pm and 5pm (please advise with a minimum period of 48h in advance the possibility of checking in outside these times for reservas@baiadabarca.com).

   Check-Out: Between 8am and 12am (late check-out may incur the cost of one night's stay).

   If the scheduled check-in time is not sent, as long as it does not comply with our schedule, there will be two hours of tolerance, from 19h will be charged € 15 for each extra hour until the end of the check-in day (24h).

   Independent use mode

   Check-In: Between 2pm and 5pm (please advise with a minimum period of 48h in advance the possibility of checking in outside these times for reservas@baiadabarca.com).

   Check-Out: Between 8am and 12am (late check-out may incur the cost of one night's stay).
